Aurora drug screening business owner arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting clients, police searching for more victims

The owner of an Aurora drug screening business was arrested earlier in March after three women reported being sexually assaulted while providing urine samples, police announced Thursday.

Arben Duka, a 60-year-old man from Aurora, was arrested on suspicion of felony unlawful sexual contact on March 15, according to a Thursday news release from the Aurora Police Department.

The case started on Oct. 10, 2023, when a woman reported being sexually assaulted by Duka after providing a urine sample at his business, Aurora Employment Testing, the release stated.

Aurora Employment Testing, previously known as Wiz Quiz Employment Testing, is at 1701 Chambers Road, Suite E, in Aurora.

During the investigation, detectives discovered two other incidents in 2023 where women reported being assaulted by Duka at his business during or immediately after providing urinalysis samples, officers said in Thursdays release.

Duka was charged by the Adams County District Attorney’s Office in October with one count of unlawful sexual contact without consent and one count of invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both misdemeanors, according to Thursday’s release. That case is still active.
