3 hospitalized after Irving Park shooting

There men were shot in Irving Park early Sunday morning, Chicago police said.

The men were outside around 2:45 a.m. in the 2900 block of West Irving Park Road when an unknown female opened fire at them from a distance, according to police.

A 37-year-old man suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was taken in critical condition to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. The other two victims were in fair condition, according to police. A 31-year-old man was shot in the calf and taken to Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, and a 38-year-old man was shot in the leg and taken to Illinois Masonic.


No one has been arrested, police said.
