The allegations against the former NFL star surfaced in 2023, about four months before Annemarie Wiley was fired.</p>
<p id=”par-5_45″>The first lawsuit, filed in November 2023, was brought by a woman who accused Marcellus Wiley of raping her in his dorm room at Columbia University. The lawsuit claims the incident took place in 1994. Wiley dismissed the claims as “BS” on his YouTube channel.</p>

<p id=”par-6_80″>In 2025, two additional women came forward. Both accusers claimed Wiley attacked them in separate incidents in that same dorm room. They each filed lawsuits. A third accuser stepped forward with a similar story. The third unnamed accuser says she reported the incident to the university, though no investigation was launched. Marcellus Wiley attended Columbia University from 1993 until 1997, graduating with a degree in sociology. That same year, he was drafted with the 52nd pick in the NFL Draft.</p>
<p id=”par-7_91″>A new wave of lawsuits surfaced in April 2026. The new lawsuits were filed by a former ESPN production assistant, a woman who claims Wiley groomed her and then raped her on the day she turned 18, and two women who claim Wiley assaulted them in the early days of his NFL career. While the initial allegations were serious, things have grown worse as more women step forward. It wouldn’t be difficult to imagine that Bravo decided to cut ties before the full scope of Wiley’s alleged crimes was made public.i</p>
<p id=”par-8_33″>A hearing is scheduled for later this month. Wiley has denied each allegation, and Annemarie remains by his side. The pair married in 2014, years after the victims say the assaults took place.</p>
