Who Is Golfer Matt Fitzpatrick’s Wife, Katherine Fitzpatrick?

<p id=”par-5_33″>It’s not clear exactly when Matt and Katherine (née Gaal) began dating, but they became Instagram official in January 2023 when <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/celebrity-athletes/”>the athlete</a> shared several snaps with his lady on a golf course in Hawaii.</p>

<p id=”par-6_50″>In February of that same year, the pair attended the premiere of Netflix’s<em> Full Swing</em> and posed for photos on the red carpet together. Katherine was by Matt’s side during Masters Week at Augusta National Golf Club that April and later celebrated with him when he won the RBC Heritage at Harbour Town Golf Links.</p>

<p id=”par-11_31″>Katherine was born in New Jersey and came in first runner-up at the 2013 Miss New Jersey USA pageant. The following year, she received the Amity Award, given by her fellow contestants.</p>

<p id=”par-12_28″>For college, Katherine attended Pennsylvania State University, where she was a member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority and earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and broadcast journalism.</p>

<p id=”par-13_62″>She previously worked as a sales and marketing manager at 2 River Group. She also earned her K-6 alternative route to teaching certification and alternative route special education certification while working at Bay Head School as a second and third-grade paraprofessional. Matt’s wife was also a regional marketing manager at the software development company Commvault, but left that role in 2024. </p>
