There was no struggle. The arrest appeared to go mostly smoothly, with the singer being loaded into a patrol car without incident. According to official booking information, D4vd was arrested around 5pm and booked into jail around 9pm. He is being held without bail, though his exact charges are not yet listed.</p>

It is assumed Rivas Hernandez had been staying with D4vd at the rental property from the time she ran away from home in April 2024 until her death.</p>
