<p id=”par-3_64″>That formula resonated, and she’s developed her style over time. After her work commentary, Hamilton started sharing small tidbits about her life with her husband, Brian. Her popularity skyrocketed, with nearly 7 million people following the nurse across platforms. That reach eventually led to a publishing deal. Her book, <em>Birth Vibes: Stories and Strategies for an Empowered Birth,</em> became <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/everything-know-jill-duggar-new-book-counting-the-cost-release-date-price.html/”>a New York Times bestseller.</a></p>
<p id=”par-4_64″>Her meteoric rise to fame has not been without drama. The nurse took to Instagram in June to offer a tearful update about her life, insisting she was “completely shattered.” The very vague upload caused some backlash, with Jen Hamilton eventually coming back to social media to confirm she and her husband had split. Now, a month later, she’s getting real about what happened.</p>

Her tone shifted in late July. Hamilton seems more interested in sharing the raw details now, and none of them paint her former partner in a flattering light.</p>

<p id=”par-7_60″>According to Hamilton, she didn’t learn about the other woman, reportedly in her 50s, until after the couple had already separated. Hamilton did not share the name of the woman in question. Nor did she reveal how she came to learn her husband had been stepping out on her. She did hint that she’d had a conversation with the woman.</p>
<p id=”par-8_41″>Brian has kept a low public profile. He has stayed largely off social media since 2021 and has not addressed his estranged wife’s recent admission. He has not discussed the split since he and Jen issued a joint statement in June.</p>
<p id=”par-9_24″>It is unclear if Hamilton will continue discussing details as the process moves forward. For now, she’s being pretty open. That could change. </p>
