<p id=”par-2_71″>In season 4 of Netflix’s <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/the-ultimatum-marry-or-move-on-netflix-reality-series-july-2026-couples.html/”><em>The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On</em></a><em>, </em>six couples agreed to participate in the show’s groundbreaking experiment. With one person ready to tie the knot and the other not so sure they were ready to commit, they swapped partners with the other pairs in the experiment. After a trial relationship, they returned to their original partners before deciding if they’d get married or part ways for good. </p>
<p id=”par-3_61″>Unsurprisingly, not all the original couples stayed together after their stint on <em>The Ultimatum. </em>Post-reunion, just two pairs were still partnered up, with the rest having gone their separate ways. But those two couples could have a bright future ahead, according to the astrological experts at <a href=”https://www.asknebula.com/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Nebula</a>, a “spiritual guidance space” that provides personalized tools to support self-discovery and spiritual well-being. </p>

<p id=”par-4_78″>Casey came into <em>The Ultimatum </em>confident that David was the man she wanted to marry and be the father of her children. David knew he loved Casey. However, his fear of commitment was holding him back from taking their relationship to the next level. But in the end, David realized Casey really was “the one.” At the reunion, they revealed that they’d tied the knot shortly before stepping on stage, with <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/nick-lachey-shocking-detail-first-tour-98-degrees.html/”>host Nick Lachey</a> acting as their officiant. </p>
<p id=”par-5_20″>David and Casey’s happy ending makes sense, as the two are “true soulmates,” a Nebula expert told Showbiz Cheat Sheet. </p>
<p id=”par-6_37″>“As a double-Sagittarius pairing, they run on deep friendship, shared humor, and near-identical life goals modeled after their grandparents’ long marriages,” they explained. “Everything between them is already in place: the friendship, the humor, the shared vision.” </p>
<h2 class=”wp-block-heading” id=”h-luke-and-monica-have-a-karmic-bond”>Luke and Monica have a ‘karmic bond’ </h2>
<p id=”par-7_64″>Luke and Monica also left the experiment together. They came away from their experience on <em>The Ultimatum </em>more confident than ever that they are meant to be together. And Luke, who sometimes questioned why Monica – whom he’s loved since he was 14 – would be with him, said at the reunion that he’s more confident, which is also helping him in his career. </p>
<p id=”par-8_63″>While Luke and Monica had their challenges, they stayed together. But will it last? “Their bond leans karmic because it rests on the comfort of history more than on adult alignment,” Nebula’s expert shared. “Luke is chasing a prize he has wanted half his life, while Monica is afraid to admit that loving someone’s devotion isn’t the same as building a shared future.”</p>
<h2 class=”wp-block-heading” id=”h-hayley-and-blake-s-star-charts-didn-t-align”>Hayley and Blake’s star charts didn’t align</h2>
<p id=”par-9_9″><em>The Ultimatum</em>’s other four couples have parted ways. </p>
<p id=”par-10_84″>“Fire-and-ice pairing” Hayley and Blake got engaged at the end of the show, but they’d split by the time of the reunion. Hayley is “a passionate Sagittarius,” Nebula’s expert told us, and she felt “emotionally starved” by Blake’s more logical side. Meanwhile, Blake felt “perpetually on trial, forever trying to ‘earn’ forgiveness for early mistakes.” The result? This couple kept “circling the same karmic loop: His need for control quietly crowds out her need for emotional depth, and the past keeps pulling them back.”</p>
<p id=”par-11_46″>Meanwhile, Jessica Grace and Edris had “classic twin flame energy: fast, magnetic, electric.” They ultimately split up after he propoed and are no longer in contact. That’s not totally surprising. If not tended currently, that kind of “electric spark” can “scorch the ground beneath [a couple].”</p>
<p id=”par-12_27″>Alex and Jebin, who left the experiment early, might have seemed like soulmates. But ultimately, their challenges – including disapproval from Jebin’s parents – doomed their relationship. </p>
<p id=”par-13_80″>Finally, there’s Ashley and Killian. She’s a Taurus, while he’s an Aquarius. They sat in an “astrological square full of friction,” noted Nebula’s expert. Though they got engaged at the end of the experiment, two months later, Ashley walked away. She realized she was more focused on Killian’s potential than the actual reality of their relationship. As Nebula’s expert observed she was less “in love with who [her] partner is today” than with “the fantasy of who they might become.”</p>
