On Monday, the network dropped the first look at the show. </p>

<p id=”par-3_31″>In the minute-long clip, <em>The Real Housewives of New York </em>alums reintroduce themselves, warning viewers that things have (allegedly) calmed down since they ditched the Big Apple for the Sunshine State </p>
<p id=”par-4_17″>“We’ve been mostly keeping quiet,” Dorinda teases in the preview. “Things here move at a slower tempo.”</p>
<p id=”par-5_7″>“Zen comes so easy here,” Kelly says. </p>
<p id=”par-6_8″>“We don’t stir things up anymore,” Sonja claims. </p>
<p id=”par-7_31″>But if there wasn’t drama, there wouldn’t be a show worth watching. And <em>The Golden Life </em>teaser reveals that the ladies have brought some of their messiness with them to Florida. </p>
<p id=”par-8_18″>“Don’t let a boyfriend get in the way of finding a husband,” Dorinda advises Ramona at one point. </p>
<p id=”par-9_23″>Later, Sonja declares to a younger man that she “can’t do 22 again. It’s exhausting. I had to teach him everything he knows.”</p>
<p id=”par-10_7″>Meanwhile, Luann and Sonja rehash past romances. </p>
<p id=”par-11_11″>“He wanted to marry me, not you!” The Countess tells Sonja. </p>
<p id=”par-12_9″>“He asked me to marry him too,” Sonja retorts. </p>

<p id=”par-13_35″>Announced early this year, <em>The Golden Life </em>follows Ramona, Luanna, Sonja, Dorinda, and Kelly “as they take their friendships from the busy streets of New York City to the sandy coast of Palm Beach, Florida.”</p>
<p id=”par-14_94″>“Bound by decades of shared history, fallouts and friendship, this fan-favorite group of New Yorkers are starting fresh together in the Sunshine State. In this new ‘golden’ era of life, the longtime friends are thriving in and around Palm Beach with fabulous second homes and a bustling social scene. With their signature humor and non-stop hijinks, the series will follow the group as they navigate dating, family, and career milestones. Though skies are bright in Florida, unresolved drama looms as they reconnect after years of highs and lows,” reads E!’s description of the show. </p>
<p id=”par-15_80″>“Well, the rumors are true! I will be joining the women on <em>The Golden Life </em>in Palm Beach,” Dorinda said after her casting was announced. (She replaced <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/jill-zarins-dumped-by-e-her-the-golden-life-replacement-revealed.html/”>original cast member Jill Zarin</a>, who was fired after she made racist comments about Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl performance). “After decades of friendship, and navigating life’s ups and downs together, it will be nice to reconnect with my ‘sisters.’ I am so excited to celebrate and share the next chapter of our lives!” </p>
