<p id=”par-1_14″>Dorit Kemsley is in a financially precarious situation, according to her ex, PK Kemsley. </p>
<p id=”par-2_77″><a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/rhobh-dorit-kemsley-season-15-mean-girl-cast-pariah.html/”><em>The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills </em>star</a> blew through $1 million in the past 14 months, PK claimed in recent court documents obtained by <a href=”https://www.tmz.com/2026/05/07/pk-kemsley-claims-dorit-spent-1-million-on-luxury-while-mortgage-fell-behind/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>TMZ</a>. She spent lavishly on designer handbags, clothing, and accessories, including $69,000 at Louis Vuitton, $69,000 at Chanel, and $38,000 at Hermès. At the same time, he says she’s been failing to make mortgage payments on their home, which she has been living in with their children since they split in April 2024.</p>

<p id=”par-3_77″>The house, which the couple bought in 2019, carries over $6 million in mortgage debt. PK said he’s been covering all the expenses since he and Dorit separated. He wants to sell the home to avoid a looming foreclosure. The businessman says he’s been working for a year to force a sale, but that Dorit has been uncooperative. She rejected his suggestion that she move herself and their children into his home while he covered their expenses. </p>
<p id=”par-4_36″>Now, PK wants a court to step in and force a sale of the home. He says that’s necessary to avoid losing the equity he and Dorit already have in the home if the foreclosure happens. </p>
<p id=”par-5_46″>Dorit hasn’t commented on PK’s latest claims about the house and her finances. But in the past, she’s painted a different picture. During an <a href=”https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/tv/articles/rhobh-dorit-kemsley-breaks-silence-151657030.html”>appearance on <em>Watch What Happens Live</em></a><em> </em>earlier this year, Andy Cohen asked her about reports that her home was headed toward foreclosure. </p>
<p id=”par-6_32″>“That is something that I learned a few weeks before everyone else learned [about it],” Dorit said, adding, “as we discussed at the reunion. It’s something that PK was in charge of.”</p>
<p id=”par-7_22″>“I didn’t know it was not being paid,” she continued. “We’ve since spoken, and he agreed to bring it up to date.” </p>

<p id=”par-8_31″>During an episode of <em>The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, </em>Dorit said that PK had reneged on the initial promises he made after they split up, leaving her high and dry. </p>
<p id=”par-9_33″>“When we separated, he said that the finances would stay the same,” she claimed. “A month later, I got an email saying that he decided that he’s no longer going to do that.”</p>
<p id=”par-10_42″>Meanwhile, <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/dorit-kemsley-rhobh-season-15-reunion-trailer.html/”>her fellow <em>RHOBH </em>stars</a>, including Kyle Richards, have expressed concern about Dorit’s ability to manage money and her “erratic” spending. But when Dorit learned that her fellow Housewives had been talking about her behind her back, she didn’t take it well. </p>
<p id=”par-11_61″>“Of course I am concerned about Dorit and what she’s going through,” Kyle said in a confessional. “But Dorit does not want to hear what I have to say, even if it’s good advice. I’d rather talk to the people that Dorit is actually listening to, and maybe they can get to her, because obviously, whatever I’ve been doing isn’t working.”</p>
