A federal judge heard very little about the evidence Josh claims was suppressed during his federal trial because the prosecution and the defense were busy arguing over postmarks.</p>

The court denied his request on June 24, 2024. To move forward with his current appeal, he would have had to submit his new filing by June 24, 2025. Josh and his lawyer insist that he sent all his information to the courts from FCI Seagoville on that date. The logs tell a very different story, though. His appeal was flagged in August due to the potential deadline issue.</p>

According to the outlet, only two pieces of mail were submitted by inmates on the date in question. Not only were neither of them legal filings, but neither item was sent by Joshua Duggar. Josh Duggar didn’t mail anything from FCI Seagoville, as he claims, on June 24, it would seem.</p>

Assuming the Supreme Court slaps down yet another appeal, Josh won’t be released from federal lockup until 2033. The 151-month sentence was handed down in May 2022.
