<p id=”par-2_35″>Kate Hudson, the star of <em>Running Point</em> revealed the show’s renewal in a post to Netflix’s official <a href=”https://x.com/netflix/status/1897640813070258471″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>X</a> account on March 6, 2025. That’s just one week after the show’s premiere on Feb. 27, 2025. </p>
<p id=”par-3_71″>“A good basketball team owner knows when to listen to the fans,” Hudson began. “So we hear you, and so did Netflix. ‘Running Point’ is officially coming back for Season 2!”<br><br>She continued: “Thank you so much everyone who watched the show so far! I’m just beyond thrilled because you’re really the reason why we’re able to come back and do another season. So thank you and we’ll see you next season!”</p>
<p id=”par-4_98″>Hudson stars as Isa Gordon, who becomes president of the family business—the pro basketball franchise the Los Angeles Waves—after her brother’s involved in a scandal.
