But before leaving England, the Sussexes did meet with King Charles. </p>
<p id=”par-3_66″>The meeting took place on July 10, 2026, at Highgrove House in Gloucestershire, and was attended by the king, <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/queen-camilla-dropped-everything-in-a-hurry-make-sure-attended-king-charles-reunion-prince-harry-meghan.html/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Queen Camilla</a>, Harry, Meghan, and the Sussexes’ kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. Few details about the reunion have been released thus far, but someone in the duke and duchess camp comfirmed that the catch-up meeting lasted about “an hour” and was “completely cloak-and-dagger, orchestrated by the king.”</p>

<p id=”par-5_56″>That insider claims, “As much as this was a chance for Charles to spend time with his grandchildren, it wasn’t the only thing on the agenda. He also made a point to make sure Harry and Meghan understand exactly where they stand and that, from now on, things happen on his terms or not at all.</p>
<p id=”par-6_29″>“This is their absolute last chance” as the king made things clear to his son and daughter-in-law with nine words: “If they put a foot wrong again, that’s it.”</p>
