The duo was seen heading for dinner at Ciel Bleu, an upscale seafood eatery. In the snapshots, the pair looks utterly relaxed and happy together. They were even captured flashing their pearly whites at each other. The relaxed demeanor is a marked deviation from their traditional public looks, and we can’t help but wonder what has the perpetually serious Kanye looking so happy.</p>
