<p id=”par-3_101″>Alexis shared a carousel of photos and videos showing the “Trap Queen” rapper’s proposal, including the moment he got down on one knee in front of a heart-shaped flower arch and sign reading “Will you marry me?” An obviously delighted Alexis said “yes” to walking down the aisle with Fetty, who was <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/rapper-fetty-wap-released-prison-early.html/”>released from prison</a> earlier this year. The romantic set-up in front of a pool also included a sea of white rose petals on the ground as well as bouquets of white roses in vases and white candles. In the final photo, Alexis showed off her impressive diamond engagement ring. </p>
<p id=”par-4_29″>Fetty Wap’s decision to pop the questions comes as a surprise to his fans. He’s kept his personal life under-the-radar and little is known about his romance with Alexis. </p>
<p id=”par-5_99″>Fetty – whose real name is Willie Junior Maxwell II – has been married once before. He and Leandra Gonzalez tied the knot in 2019. The marriage lasted less than a year, with Gonzalez filing for divorce after she claimed her husband was unfaithful. He also dated model Alexis Skyy for about two years and was in a relationship with <em><a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/love-hip-hop-why-brooke-valentine-took-a-step-back-from-the-show.html/”>Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood</a> </em>star Masika Kalysha, with whom he shares a daughter, Khari Barbie Maxwell. In total, he has six children with five different women, including his daughter Lauren Maxwell, who died in 2021 at age 4. </p>

<p id=”par-6_53″>Fetty’s engagement marks a fresh start for the 35-year-old. In January, he was released early from federal prison after having served less than three years of a six-year sentence on drug trafficking charges. He’s under home confinement in Philadelphia until November 8, 2026. He’s also subject to five years of post-prison supervised release.</p>
