<p id=”par-1_34″><a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/ciara-verified-kim-kardashian-actually-listens-hip-hop.html/”>Ciara</a> and Russell Wilson are joining the list of <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/celebrity-relationships/?swcfpc=1″>celebrity couples</a> who have put their lavish estates on the market but are forced to lower the price since they can’t find any buyers. </p>
<p id=”par-2_42″>The <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/much-taller-new-giants-quarterback-russell-wilson-wife-ciara.html/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>former NFL quarterback and the “Goodies” singer</a> listed the California mansion in 2025 for $54.9 million. But it failed to sell so they have decided to reduce the price by nearly $10 million and are now asking for $45 million.</p>

<p id=”par-3_42″>Their Rancho Santa Fe residence, located 25 miles outside of San Diego, sits on a nearly nine-acre lot and has around 30,000 square feet of living space. It features seven bedrooms in the main residence and two additional bedrooms in the guest house.</p>
<p id=”par-4_46″>Some of its amenities include a recording studio, a game room with a full bar, a nearly 4,000-square-foot fitness center with a sauna and cold plunge, a pool with a waterslide, a multi-sports court, a 10-car garage, and a full-size football field that Wilson added. </p>
<p id=”par-5_20″>Now, it remains to be seen if knocking $10 million off the price will move Ciara and Wilson’s property. </p>

This perhaps creates the impression that celebrity homes don’t sell.”</p>
