Rising WWE star Sol Ruca waged war at NXT Revenge, and it resulted in eight stitches.
During a Last Woman Standing match against Zaria, Sol Ruca crashed through one table and bumped her head on another adjacent table.
The nasty bump resulted in Ruca requiring eight stitches on her head, which she revealed on social media.
For what projects to be her final NXT match, Ruca left it all in the ring. From the first bell to the last, her battle with Zaria was an all-out assault.
Electric cables, Kendo sticks, and garbage can lids were used as weapons in the Last Woman Standing match. The brawl sprawled out of the ring, up the entrance ramp and even backstage, as the NXT stars looked to deal damage.
“This could go anywhere. This could go into the parking lot. This could go into the locker room. This could go into the street. [The rules are] whoever can’t get to their feet by the count of ten [wins],” said NXT commentator Vic Joseph.
Zaria ultimately prevailed after launching Ruca off a platform and into a bed of tables. It was the same blow that resulted in stitches.
Sol Ruca Made her WWE Debut on RAW

During RAW After WrestleMania, Ruca made her WWE debut and interrupted freshly minted champion Liv Morgan as she gloated about her title win.
Hungry to give Las Vegas another fight, RAW general manager Adam Pierce slated Ruca and Morgan for an impromptu singles match.
However, the match was interrupted by Zaria. Even after splitting her head open at NXT Revenge, Zaria arrived on RAW After WrestleMania to punish Ruca further.
She repeatedly slammed the high-flyer into the ring post, paving the way for a Liv Morgan victory.
Sol Ruca is a Rising Star in WWE
It didn’t take long for the WWE Universe to get behind Sol Ruca.
Her rare athleticism and acrobatic arsenal made her a must-see attraction on NXT. Those skills should carry over well on RAW.
Not only is she among, as Je’Von Evans would say, one of the bounciest superstars on the roster, but she is a brawler with some edge.
During her bloody brawl with Zaria at NXT Revenge, Ruca busted out a Lou Thesz Press, made famous by Stone Cold Steve Austin, and a spear to Zaria that sent the two stars backstage.
She’s a scrappy, determined fighter, and in WWE, that can carry one a long way.
During her time at NXT, Ruca held gold on multiple occasions. She won the NXT Women’s North American Championship and the WWE Women’s Speed Championship. Notably, she held both titles simultaneously, and her reign as double champion marked her success in NXT.
Ruca held the NXT Women’s North American Championship for 189 days, the longest title reign for this championship.
Ruca, 26, appears hungry for another title reign in WWE. After challenging WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan in her RAW debut, Ruca could potentially earn a title shot down the line.
