A man was fatally stabbed during a fight early Sunday at a home in Washington Heights on the South Side.
The 30-year-old man was fighting with someone he knew around 12:50 a.m. in the 9200 block of South Green Street when he was stabbed, Chicago police said.
He was taken to the Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The offender, who the victim knew, fled in a white sedan, officials said. A knife was recovered at the scene.
Area 2 detectives are investigating.
