As Tiger Woods appears to be getting closer to returning to the course, the PGA Tour star is doing so with girlfriend Vanessa Trump by his side. Back on March 23, 2025, Woods went public with the couple’s relationship via a viral Instagram post.
“Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side!” Woods noted while posting several photos alongside Trump. “We look forward to our journey through life together. At this time we would appreciate privacy for all those close to our hearts.”
As Woods returns to the TGL, there is plenty of speculation that the star could play in the Masters. If this happens, we could see Trump’s debut as Woods’ cheering section on the PGA Tour.

Prior to dating Woods, Trump was married to Donald Trump Jr., one of President Donald Trump’s sons. The couple filed for divorce in 2018. People’s Natasha Dye reported on March 14, 2025, that Trump Jr. is “cool” with Woods dating his ex-wife.
“We are incredibly lucky to have five amazing children and are committed to raising them together,” the former couple detailed in a 2019 statement, per People. “Our kids and their happiness will always be our first priority.”
Vanessa Trump Is Mom to Golfer Kai Trump
One of Trump’s daughters is Kai Trump, a touted golfer who has committed to the Miami Hurricanes. She has also amassed a sizable social media following with her popular YouTube channel and 2.7 million Instagram followers.
Kai Trump even attempted to have her mom dish on her relationship with Woods. Even though she was being interviewed by her daughter, Trump gracefully dodged the question.
Prior to playing in The Annika, Kai received some advice from Woods. The golfer praised Woods as being an “even better person” than athlete.
“I mean, he is the best golfer in the entire world,” Kai said of Woods during a November 2025, interview with Fox News. “I would say that. And even better person. He told me to go out there and have fun and just go with the flow. Whatever happens, happens.”

There has been plenty of speculation that Woods will attempt to play in the Masters. Woods has been spotted in Augusta in the weeks leading up to the Masters.
The star’s availability is likely dependent on his health. Woods underwent back surgery in October 2025 and has not played in a PGA Tour event since 2024. The golfer has yet to reveal his plans for the upcoming Masters.
