The Polaceks purchased nearly 18 acres of ocean view land in 2001 for $750,000 and built their dream home, which was completed in 2008.

The contemporary 6,600-square-foot steel and glass mansion has six bedrooms and four baths. The home includes a two-story great room, a chef’s kitchen, expansive master suite, multiple balconies and patios among many other amenities. There is also a two-story solarium and an indoor swimming pool with underwater channel to the outdoor lap pool. Outdoors there are garden beds, an orchard, chicken coop and a large barn.
