This week, scouts from the San Francisco 49ers and all NFL teams will gather at the NFL scouting combine to assess top talent ahead of the draft in April. During the combine, the nation’s top collegiate players showcase their athleticism in drills like the 40-yard dash and vertical jump and meet with team representatives.
The 49ers are expected to look for help along the offensive and defensive lines in the NFL Draft. General manager John Lynch and other members of the front office will be in Indianapolis this week to scout the draft class.
