Disneyland sells out of all Magic Key passes in 7 days

Disneyland’s on again, off again sale of Magic Key passes is once again off as the Anaheim theme park has halted sales of all levels of the popular annual passes after just a week.

Disneyland paused sales on Tuesday, Nov. 12 of all four tiers of Magic Key annual passes after launching the sale seven days earlier on Nov. 6.

“Please note that we have paused new sales of Magic Key passes,” according to the Disneyland website.

The $1,749 Inspire pass, $1,374 Believe pass, $974 Enchant pass and $599 Imagine pass are now only available for renewal during the month before expiration.

Disneyland increased Magic Key prices 6% to 20% in early October while sales of the annual passes remained paused.

Before the November sale, Magic Key annual passes were last available in March with all sales paused in June.

The Disneyland Magic Key Buying Guide warns sales will be limited and passes could sell out quickly.

Disneyland killed its original decades-old annual passholder program during the COVID-19 pandemic and unveiled the new Magic Key replacement in 2021. Within a few months, the Magic Key tiers began selling out.

Since then, Disneyland has restarted and paused Magic Key sales several times. Magic Key passes can sell out in hours, days, weeks or months without any warning depending on the tier level and availability.
