Scott Zolak of 98.5 The Sports Hub in Boston earlier said that New England would face Kansas City at Arrowhead on Thanksgiving. Instead, according to the NFL schedule leak Thursday morning, the teams will face off on Dec. 21. The leak, reported by Patriots insider Justin Ramos, arrived shortly after reports placing the Patriots in Seattle for their Week 1 opener, a Super Bowl LX rematch, and in Munich, Germany, against the Detroit Lions in Week 10.

The Week 15 trip to Arrowhead will be the latest in a rich history. The Chiefs lead the all-time series against New England 21-16-3, but the Patriots have stayed ahead of Kansas City in their postseason games, going 2-0 in the playoffs.
