Noteworthy: Pearson clocked 18 minutes and 35 seconds to place second in her heat at the CIF Southern Section Division 2 cross country prelims to advance to the CIF-SS finals. The Centurions came in third as a team in their heat and will compete in the CIF-SS finals at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut on Saturday.
