Airplane lands without landing gear at Centennial Airport, slides off runway

A single-engine airplane slid off the runway at Centennial Airport on Thursday after the pilot landed without a landing gear, according to South Metro Fire Rescue.

The pilot landed the Mooney 201 propeller aircraft at around 4:44 p.m., Centennial Airport officials said in a post on X. The pilot was the only person on board and was not injured, and the plane had minor damage.
