From quick-serve sandwiches to three-course meals, it’s easy to find fish and seafood in restaurants this time of year.
Ash Wednesday on March 5 marks the beginning of Lent, a time of reflection for many Christians who abstain from meat, particularly on Fridays.
Many restaurants boost fish dishes on their menus or add them during this time.
Here is what some chains have announced on their websites or promoted in social media.
