The San Fernando Valley awakened full of holiday spirit on Saturday as Pacoima’s 57th annual Christmas Parade marched down Van Nuys Boulevard. Los Angeles County Supervisor Lindsey Horvath served as grand marshal In the holiday tradition, which featured bands, floats,.classic cars abd local dignitaries.
