Sixteen fire companies were called Saturday to a fire in an old courthouse building at 1158 N. San Fernando Road in Los Angeles’s Glassell Park neighborhood, the LA Fire Department said.
The fire reported at 5:55 p.m. sent up a plume of smoke in the area east of the 5 Freeway and north of the 110 Freeway.
Information on what caused the fire in the one-story structure wasn’t immediately available.
