CERRITOS — A man was shot to death Tuesday in Cerritos.
Homicide investigators responded near Coyote Creek Riverbed, west of Carmenita Road, at around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, following reports of a fatal shooting, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics, but his name was being withheld pending notification of relatives.
Investigators have not determined a motive for the shooting, and there was no description of a suspect.
