Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli’s Hidden Hills home lists for $16.5M

Actress Lori Loughlin and her fashion designer husband, Mossimo Giannulli, have listed their modern farmhouse-style residence in Hidden Hills for $16.5 million.

Records show they bought the property in August 2020 for $9.5 million, 74% less than the current asking price.

The 11,808-square-foot house has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen with custom white oak cabinetry, marble countertops and high-end appliances.

High ceilings, skylights, maple floors and a neutral color palette distinguish the open floor plan’s contemporary style.

There’s a fully-equipped gym, custom home theater and climate-controlled wine cellar.

A fireplace warms the primary suite, which features two spa-like bathrooms and views of the rolling hills.

Completed in 2018, the house sits on over 1.5 acres in the Ashley Ridge Estates of Hidden Hills amid rows of olive trees. Outdoor amenities include a pool, spa, bocce ball court, firepit and barbecue area.

Tomer Fridman of Sotheby’s International Real Estate Southern California and Marc Shevin of Douglas Elliman Real Estate share the listing.

When they purchased the home, Loughlin and Giannulli were awaiting sentencing for their part in the 2019 USC admission bribery scandal. They pleaded guilty in 2020 to paying half a million to get their two daughters into USC.

Loughlin spent two months behind bars while Giannulli, 61, served nearly five months in prison.

By 2021, Loughlin put the scandal behind her and returned to acting.

Loughlin, 60, is known for her role as Aunt Becky on the ABC family sitcom “Full House” and its Netflix reboot, “Fuller House.” She also starred in The CW’s “90210,” The WB’s “Summerland” (which she also produced and co-created) and the Hallmark Channel’s “When Calls the Heart.”

In 2021, she reprised her “When Calls the Heart” role as Abigail Stanton in the GAC Family spin-off series “When Hope Calls” for a two-part holiday special. She then starred in GAC Family’s romcom “Fall Into Winter” in 2023 and even poked fun at herself last  year during the final season of “Curb Your Enthusiasm.”

But her role as Lt. Bishop in Prime Video’s “On Call” marked her return in a recurring capacity.
