‘Dance Moms’ alum JoJo Siwa’s Tarzana house lists for $4 million

A Tarzana home linked to “Dance Moms” alum JoJo Siwa is on the market for $3.995 million.

Sited on a flat half-acre-plus lot, the 6,462-square-foot house regularly appeared on the reality TV star-turned-social media sensation’s YouTube videos splashed in color. Now white and bright, it has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a spacious family room with a fireplace and French doors that open to the backyard.

Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, spa, fire pit, sports court and entertaining areas.

Records show Siwa’s parents, Tom and Jessalynn, purchased the property for $3.425 million in December 2019 shortly after its completion.

“No detail was spared in the construction of this home,” the listing reads, touting custom wall trim moldings, coffered ceilings, wainscoting and LED lighting.

The soaring double-height foyer has a spiral marble-clad staircase.

Beyond is a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line  Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, two islands and a built-in breakfast bar. There’s a dining room, an entertainment room with a newly refinished bar and an office.

The upstairs primary suite has two walk-in closets, a spa-inspired bathroom with a freestanding tub and a walk-in shower and a balcony overlooking the grounds. Three additional bedroom suites with walk-in closets and a dedicated laundry room round out the upper level.

An attached three-car garage completes the listing.

Siwa, 21, rose to fame on the dance competition TV series “Dance Moms” before launching her popular YouTube channel. Known then for her oversized bows, the child star regularly appeared on Nickelodeon and released the 2016 hit “Boomerang,” which went double-platinum.

That was then.

Siwa has since come out as LGBTQ+. In April 2024, she dropped the album “Guilty Pleasure” led by the dance-pop hit “Karma.” Her latest single is “Iced Coffee.”
