Hicks is fifth in the California Wrestler rankings for 126 pounds. He has tournament wins this season at the John Glenn Enriquez tournament, the Temecula Valley Battle for the Belt, the Morro Bay California Invitational Tournament and the Coastal Canyon League championships.
