Noteworthy: Hightower, an Iona University commit, had a team-high 15 points and nine rebounds as Sierra Canyon defeated Lincoln of Stockton 58-53 in the CIF State Division I championship game Friday. The Trailblazers won their first state title since 2019 and finished the season 27-7 overall.
