A restaurant in Beaumont topped DoorDash’s list of favorite delivery spots for Italian food in 2024.
Domenico’s Italian Kitchen serves favorites such as spaghetti, lasagna, meatball sandwiches and pizza in its dining room as well as for takeout and delivery.
The restaurant had the highest average overall customer rating in its category, according to representatives of the online delivery service.
DoorDash looked at single-location and small to medium-sized restaurants with at least 1,000 reviews.
The Italian cuisine category includes pizza. DoorDash declined to say how much pizza drives home deliveries but stated that pepperoni pizza was one of the most ordered foods in 2023.
DoorDash’s list of favorite delivery spots included 10 categories ranging from burgers to Vietnamese. Italian food was the only category topped by a California restaurant.
Domenico’s is at 890 Oak Valley Parkway, north of the 10 Freeway.
Owners of the restaurant could not be reached for comment.
