A woman was critically injured in a shooting in Austin on Sunday night, according to Chicago police.
The woman, 41, was in the 5800 block of West Roosevelt Road at 6:17 p.m. when a person approached her and fired shots, police said. She was shot multiple times and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition.
No one is in custody.
