A 41-year-old woman was fatally shot in a car parked in McKinley Park Sunday morning, Chicago police said.
She was sitting in the car around 9:20 a.m. in the 3800 block of South Damen Avenue when a man approached and shot her multiple times in the head and chest, police said. She was taken to Stroger Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
No one is in custody, police said.
