MILLBRAE – Two people were robbed at gunpoint over the weekend at a gas station in Millbrae, according to authorities.
The incident happened around 2:45 p.m. Saturday at the Chevron gas station located at 320 East Millbrae Ave., the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
The victims were walking behind the gas station when they encountered a sport utility vehicle occupied by three men. According to authorities, the men used handguns to rob the victims of their watches, which were valued at $100 to $200 each.
The first suspect, the driver, was last seen wearing all black clothing, the sheriff’s office said.
The second suspect was described as Black and 5 feet 10 inches tall. He had a gold-colored pistol and was last seen wearing a black face covering, black hoodie and black joggers.
Authorities said the third suspect was also Black and stood between 5 feet 5 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall. He was armed with a black handgun and was last seen wearing a black face covering, black hoodie and black jeans.
The SUV was described as a black 2010 to 2012 Jeep with yellow lettering on the license plate.
The suspects and the SUV had not been found as of Wednesday, according to authorities.
