First, be clear it’s unlikely that a personal assistant will be knocking on your trailer door to deliver a steaming hot cappuccino just the way you like it. In fact, you won’t have a trailer at all and probably not even a credit.
But “The Bear” is looking for extras. And, if you’re chosen, at least you’ll be able to brag that you — or possibly your infant — had a tiny role in the fourth season of FX on Hulu’s hit restaurant drama filmed and set in Chicago.
Unless the Emmys create a new category for “Most Convincing Dishwasher” or “Most Delightful Baby,” anyone who’s selected will have to be content with the minimal exposure and “competitive pay.”
The show is seeking everyday folks, no acting experience needed.
It’s also looking for an infant who will be required to “maintain a calm demeanor during filming with the assistance of guardians,” according to 4 Star Casting, which says, “Identical twins are highly preferred.”
