SAN JOSE — One person was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after a two-vehicle crash early Saturday morning, according to police.
San Jose officers responded to the crash around 2:21 a.m. near McKee Road and North Jackson Avenue near Interstate 680.
Multiple occupants were also taken to local hospitals for evaluation, according to the department.
Later Saturday morning, North Jackson Avenue remained closed from Mather Drive to Rinehart Drive in both directions and eastbound McKee was closed from Jackson Avenue to Ludlow Way.
It is unknown when the roads will open, according to the SJPD. Drivers are being asked to take alternative roads.
