San Jose: Arrest made in fatal weekend shooting

SAN JOSE — A suspect was arrested after a man was fatally shot on a city street Saturday evening, according to San Jose police.

The shooting was reported at 7:06 p.m. in the 700 block of Locust Street in the Washington-Guadalupe neighborhood. Police said responding officers found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He died from his injuries at the scene.
