Born in Columbus, GA in 1988, Teil Duncan Henley developed an early passion for art that would later define her career. She attended Auburn University for college, where she earned a degree in art and began refining her distinctive creative style. Over time, her work became known for its bold colors, expressive figures, and coastal-inspired themes, all of which ultimately led to her artistry becoming noticed and her work starting on a trajectory towards prominence. According to her official website, her work “infuses abstract elements.”
Teil’s success stands independently of her husband’s international golf fame. Her artwork has been featured in numerous high-profile collaborations with major lifestyle brands, and she’s earned a strong following on her individual and business social media accounts. Fans frequently admire her artistic process, the colorful schemes of her work, and her ability to balance her own work with family life alongside her husband’s demanding golf career.

Russell Henley met his wife in a fittingly personal way for the couple when they were first introduced at her sister’s wedding in 2013. Serendipitously, the groom happened to be one of Russell’s childhood friends. What started as a chance meeting quickly developed into a relationship, with the pair bonding over their shared values and a similar outlook on life.
Russell and Teil’s relationship progressed quickly as they became engaged the following year in 2014. On October 30, 2015, they were married. Since their nuptials just over a decade ago, the couple has welcomed three children in son, Robert, and daughters, Ruth and Jane. Both Russell and Teil have managed to balance family life with their respective professional endeavors to give their kids a well-rounded viewpoint geared towards following one’s dreams and pursuing what makes you feel alive and passionate.
