On the mound: Right-hander Antonio Senzatela, who missed most of the last two seasons because of knee and elbow injuries, continued his strong Cactus League run. Although he gave up seven hits over 4 2/3 innings, Senzatela didn’t allow any runs and whittled his ERA to 0.54. He struck out two and walked one. He is moving toward being regular-season ready, throwing 83 pitches, 55 for strikes. … Bradley Blaylock is looking like a lock to make the 26-man roster, possibly as the long reliever. The right-hander pitched 2 1/3 scoreless innings, giving up two hits. He has a 1.42 spring ERA. … Lefty Luis Peralta has not pitched well. He has a 13.50 ERA after blowing a save and taking the loss after giving up two runs on two hits and a walk in one-third inning.
At the plate: Colorado’s only run came off the bat of shortstop Ezequiel Tovar, who hit a solo homer off White Sox lefty Martín Pérez in the first inning. It was Tovar’s second homer. He hit 2 for 3, raising his average to .306. … Hunter Goodman, solidifying his spot as the backup catcher, is hitting .464 after going 3 for 3.
Prospect watch: Zac Veen, who played in both center and right field, continues to make his case for a spot as a starting outfielder. Veen was 3 for 4 with a stolen base and is hitting .325 with a 1.038 OPS.
