Police shoot man during domestic attack on Far South Side

Police responding to a domestic situation shot a man, seriously wounding him Thursday morning in the Pullman neighborhood.

The shooting happened about 7:15 a.m. in the 900 block of East 100th Street, according to the Chicago fire department and police spokesperson Tom Ahern.

The man shot was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center in serious condition, according to the fire department.
