Olympics Schedule for Today’s Games: What Events Are on TV for Sunday, Feb. 22?

The 2026 Winter Olympics are coming to a close as Sunday, February 22, represents the final day of events on the schedule. There is still good news as today’s Olympic TV schedule is full of marquee events, serving as the grand finale.

In addition to the Closing Ceremony, the United States square off against Canada in men’s hockey with a gold medal on the line. Additionally, Switzerland and Sweden battle for the gold medal in women’s curling.

There are also notable events in bobsled and freestyle skiing with medals on the line. Fans can watch the Closing Ceremony live on NBC at 2:30 p.m. Eastern.

NBC is also re-airing the Closing Ceremony at 9 p.m. Eastern. “Best of Milan Cortina” will replace the normal airing of “Primetime in Milan” at 5 p.m. Eastern on NBC.

Olympic Medal Count: Norway Continues to Dominant With the United States Closing Strong

It has been quite an impressive Winter Olympics for Norway who jumped out to a hot start and never cooled down. Heading into the final day, Norway leads the field with both 41 total medals and 18 golds.

The United States finished strong with 32 medals to sit in second, including 11 golds. Italy is expected to close out in third with 30 total medals.
