Northbound Interstate 25 is closed near 144th Avenue in Adams County after a rollover tractor-trailer crash, according to Thornton police and the Colorado Department of Transportation.

Southbound Interstate 25 ramp closed on Broadway in Denver

A tractor-trailer rolled on its side, and cleanup is expected to close the highway for “an extended period of time,” according to the Thornton Police Department.

Traffic was starting to back up to 120th Avenue due to the crash, according to CDOT traffic cameras. All northbound I-25 traffic is detouring at 144th Avenue and alternate routes are advised.
