A crash near Fort Collins shut down northbound Interstate 25 for several hours Monday morning, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.

The interstate was closed between Colorado 68 and Exit 268 for Prospect Road near Fort Collins around 4:30 a.m. Monday, according to CDOT officials.
As of 8 a.m., northbound I-25 was still closed and no estimated time of reopening was available.
Northbound drivers were experiencing up to 25-minute delays around 8 a.m. Monday, according to CDOT officials.
