New York Yankees Announce New Roster Move After Angels Game

On Monday evening, the New York Yankees played the Los Angeles Angels (at home) in the Bronx.

The game was a thriller, as the Yankees won by a score of 11-10.

They also snapped a five-game losing streak.

Following their victory, the Yankees announced that they had made a roster move.

The Yankees wrote (via X): “Following tonight’s game, the Yankees optioned RHP Jake Bird to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.”

Bird led up four hits and three earned runs (in one inning) during Monday’s game.
