As Opening Day approaches, the Seattle Mariners and their hospitality partner Sodexo Live! have unveiled an exciting new food and beverage lineup for the 2026 season.
They announced the new offerings ahead of the March 26 opener at T-Mobile Park. They highlight the organization’s continued effort to elevate the ballpark dining experience. Mariners Vice President of Fan Experience Malcolm Rogel emphasized that the goal is to create memorable moments for fans through food just as much as baseball.
“We can’t wait for fans to try this year’s food lineup at T-Mobile Park. We’ve always taken pride in being one of the first ballparks in MLB to push the boundaries of what ballpark food can be, and this year’s menu raises the bar once again with a huge variety of options that fans can’t get anywhere else,” said Rogel. “At the end of the day, it’s about giving fans more ways to make their trip to the ballpark memorable. With new options across the park, plus an expanded value menu, there’s truly something for everyone at T‑Mobile Park.”
Expanded Menu Items
One of the standout additions is the Washington State Ferries. The vessel inspired souvenir pays tribute to the state’s ferry system and its 75-year history. The collectible container is filled with fan-favorite items such as Bases Loaded Crab Nachos, Dockside Double Dip, Chicken Tenders, Fish and Chips, and a variety of fries. Additional souvenir items include ice cream helmets and collectible cups. They aim to commemorate the team’s 50th anniversary.
Executive Chef Craig McAlister said the menu draws heavily from Seattle’s culinary scene. It puts an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients and diverse flavors.
“I’m just really happy to find inspiration from around the city,” McAlister told King5 News. “We have a really fantastic locally sourced Pacific crab program, so I want to accentuate that. Our fan base has such a diverse palate, so we want to bring in some local partnerships,” Said McAlister. “Trying to give every fan that shows up here a taste, quite literally a taste, of Seattle is just a really special experience.”
That vision comes to life through partnerships with well-known local spots like Ballard Pizza, Rolling Smoke BBQ, El Rinconsito, Nakagawa Sushi, Great State Burger, MOTO Pizza, Marination, Ivar’s, and Salt & Straw.
Value Additions
In addition to premium offerings, the Mariners are expanding their Value Menu, adding 15 new food items and seven new beers. The initiative ensures affordability remains a priority for fans attending games throughout the season.
“This year’s value lineup is bigger and better than ever before,” said Rogel. “We’re all about making the unforgettable experience at T‑Mobile Park accessible to every fan, and by expanding what was already one of the largest value programs in sports, we’re proud to offer a wide range of affordable options to match every fan’s individual preferences.”
The team will also introduce 27 Value Games during the 2026 season, beginning April 13. The value games give fans additional opportunities to enjoy discounted food and beverages.
Opening Day will feature a matchup between the Mariners and the Cleveland Guardians. The first pitch is scheduled for 7:10 p.m. as Seattle kicks off a milestone season.
