At 11:40 p.m., March 1, authorities responded to reports of a man lying unconscious and unresponsive on the 600 block of Fox Court East in Redwood City.

Officers took over providing life-saving efforts from other individuals at the scene before the Redwood City Fire Department and paramedics arrived.
