Man stabbed inside Harold Washington Library

A man was stabbed inside the Harold Washington Library in the Loop Friday afternoon.

The man, 26, was inside the library at 400 S. State St., when he was approached by a female who pulled out a sharp object and stabbed him around 4:40 p.m., Chicago police said.

He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in good condition, police said.

No arrests were made.
