Man shot, wounded in East Garfield Park

A man was wounded in a shooting Sunday afternoon in East Garfield Park, Chicago police said.

The man, 22, was in a vehicle in the 3800 block of West Flournoy Street at 3:22 p.m. when a man approached him and shot at him, police said. He was shot several times and was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in critical condition.

No one is in custody.
